I know it has been a while since I last posted, I have been sick recently so I have been really miserable. I haven’t been feeling well for the past few months because I keep getting this bad ear pain, throat pain, etc that returns after a few weeks of feeling okay. I’ve seen my doctor multiple times and last week she sent me for an MRI to get a better look to see if anything shows up. I’m still waiting for results but I am starting to feel a little bit better. My eating has been really off for the past week and a half, but I am determined to get back on track today.
Anyway, I have planned out all of my meals and this is what we are having this week!
Monday: Out (WW Workshop)
Tuesday: White Chicken Enchiladas
Wednesday: Sausage Stuffed Zucchini Boats
Thursday: Philly Sloppy Joes
Friday: Homemade Pizza (Using 2 ingredient dough – 1c self-rising flour & 1c plain nonfat greek yogurt; topped with 1/2c Trader Giottos fat free pizza sauce, 5oz Trader Joes lite shredded mozzarella cheese, 25 Hormel turkey pepperoni and mushrooms)
Sunday: Parmesan Baked Pork Chops (I use Shake n Bake Parmesan Crusted seasoning mix)
