Hope everyone has had a great week so far! I’ve been doing pretty well this week, staying mostly on track. I also have been getting a lot of steps in since the weather has been so nice! My kids have loved playing outside every day and I’m definitely worn out by the end of the night!
So this week I haven’t tried a lot of new foods, but I did try something new with a food that I have had in the past. I love the Ole Mexican Xtreme Wellness High Fiber Low Carb tortillas. They are 1sp each and are great for making enchiladas, burritos, wraps, etc. Continue Reading
