So far this week I’ve been staying somewhat on track but splurged a couple of times. But I’ve gotten back on track after each time so that will definitely help my weight loss this week. One thing that I am proud of is that on Monday after my WW Workshop, my sister and I came straight home and ate supper with my family, so we didn’t go out to eat or splurge on anything. I wanted to do this because I’ve fallen into the pattern of going out to eat after our workshop and starting the week off in the negative. So this week we ate at home and started the week off on a good note.
On Tuesday we went out to eat and I splurged a little bit but I promised myself that I would get right back on track the next day and I did. Wednesday was Ash Wednesday so I couldn’t eat any meat and we went to mass at 5pm. We stopped at the store afterwards to pick up the paint for our kitchen walls and that took a lot longer than we had planned. So we stopped at McDonald’s and grabbed fish sandwiches on our way home.
Yesterday was a hectic day because I had to take my son to school, take my daughter to my parent’s house so that they could watch her while I went to my son’s parent/teacher conference. But it started snowing while I was driving to my parent’s house so I ended up taking my daughter with me to the conference and the road’s weren’t the greatest because of the snow. I am so tired of winter and I’m so ready for the snow to be gone. We are supposed to get some freezing rain this weekend but the temperatures are supposed to be getting warmer so hopefully we will have some nice weather soon.
This weekend we are going to be working on painting the walls in our kitchen so we will be busy and hopefully that will keep me on track. If I can stay on track this weekend I will definitely have a decent weight loss on Monday. So I hope you all have a great weekend!
