I was a little disappointed in my weigh-in this week because I thought I would have a bigger loss since I worked out 6 days in a row. I do know that sometimes when you start an exercise program and lifting weights, it can affect your weight because your body is adjusting to the new routine, but I definitely was a little bummed about this week’s weight loss. I am thankful for a weight loss but I really had hoped for at least a 2lb loss this week.
I’m not going to quit or give up, this gives me more motivation to keep going and to try even harder this week. I have a good plan in place and even though I will be going out to eat tonight because of the concert, I plan on eating at home the rest of the week no matter what. On Mother’s Day I am going to visit my parents but I will have our supper all ready to go so I can just pop it in the oven when we get home.
I know that I can do this and that if I keep going I will get to my goal. I also know that my exercise routine will make a different in my weightloss journey overall and I’m looking forward to seeing my weight move down even further next week. I’m determined to make this a great week!
