I hope you all had a great weekend! I had a pretty uneventful weekend since my husband was in the field part of the weekend but it rained yesterday so it was nice for him to be home for part of the day. I stayed mostly on track this weekend so I should have a decent weigh in today.
This week is exciting because tomorrow my sister and I are going to see P!nk in concert and she is my favorite artist, so I’m really looking forward to it. I went to her concert during her last tour and she is an amazing performer so I’m excited to see her again. We are going out to eat tomorrow but the rest of the week I plan on eating at home.
So this is what we are having this week!
Monday: Subway (WW Workshop)
Tuesday: Out (P!nk concert)
Thursday: Shake n Bake Pork Chops (Using packet of parmesan crusted Shake n Bake and boneless pork chops)
Friday: Homemade Pizza (Using 2 ingredient dough – 1c self-rising flour & 1c plain nonfat greek yogurt; topped with 1/2c Trader Giottos fat free pizza sauce, 5oz Trader Joes lite shredded mozzarella cheese, 25 Hormel turkey pepperoni and mushrooms)
Saturday: Baked Chicken Tenders
