So I was a little surprised that I actually had a loss at my workshop this week. I know that I didn’t eat very well this weekend but somehow I still managed a loss so that is a win for me! I’m hoping to keep moving in this direction over the next few months so I can get back to my 50lb weight loss and continue on from there.
I have all of my meals planned out for the week and I’m really optimistic that it’s going to be a good week. My husband and I are planning on going out to eat on Saturday for our wedding anniversary but my plan is to order the one thing I love the most and not have any sides with it. Also, on Sunday my husband’s family is hosting an Easter dinner but hopefully I can limit myself to small portions and not go overboard with dessert.
So I hope you all have a great week! We expected a little snow toward the end of the week so I’m a little bummed about that, but hopefully after that we will get back to warmer temps and sunshine!
