This weekend was a very stressful weekend for me and my anxiety hit an all-time high. The stress at work got to be too much for me and unfortunately I had to make the difficult decision this morning to resign from my job. I hadn’t been there for very long but it was enough for me to realize that it just wasn’t the right position for me. And one of the most important things is my emotional well-being and that job took a huge toll on me.
With all the stress this weekend, I did not eat very well so I’m sure my weigh in today won’t be very good but at least I can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that I won’t have to go back to that job anymore. I’m going to keep looking for a new job, but in the mean time I am going to focus on living healthier and taking better care of my body. I’m also going to focus on Spring Cleaning to get my house in order and try to spend as much time outside enjoying the fresh air with my kids.
My goal for this week is to stay on track and also post more on this blog. I’ve neglected it a lot lately and I really want to get back into posting and sharing more of my weight loss journey. In order for me to do that I need to stay on track and work hard to lose the weight that I’ve gained and keep going with my weight loss. I will share my weigh-in results tomorrow morning and post my weekly meal plan then as well.
