I had a really good weigh-in this week and I’m very proud of it. It wasn’t a perfect week and we actually went out to eat on Sunday evening to Texas Roadhouse, but I didn’t go really crazy overboard the rest of the week. I was off track a bit but got right back on track immediately and I think that made a big difference.
I am starting my new job soon so I definitely have a lot of nerves about that and I will have to plan out what I’m going to bring to work but I am determined to continue to stay on track and continue on my journey. For the first few months I will have to attend some evening trainings as well as starting to work weekends for my job around the beginning of April, so it is going to be a challenge to stay on track so I have to plan for those evenings that I am attending the trainings and the weekends that I work, so that I am prepared. I know that I can do this, it will just take extra planning and preparation so that I bring healthy things to eat so I am not tempted to stop and pick up fast food.
We are also in the process of painting our kitchen. We finished the cabinets and are working on painting the walls and installing new baseboards. Hopefully we can get that all done this week if we keep working on it each day. I am really excited about my kitchen because I’ve wanted to change things up for a while but we finally decided to get the ball rolling. We still have to do the backsplash, counter tops, and pick out a new table but that will have to wait until after my husband is finished with planting the fields.
So anyway, that’s kind of an update on my weigh-in and what’s going on for me this week. Hope you all have a great week!
