I had planned to post this on Monday night but things got busy and I had a lot going on yesterday. So I am posting my weekly weigh-in now. I had a gain this week and I’m definitely disappointed in myself. I know that I didn’t eat very well this week and it shows. Regardless of how many times this happens, I am going to keep going. It is extremely frustrating because I have basically been losing/gaining the same 10lbs over the past 5 months or so.
I know I need to kick it in gear and get back into the right mindset so I can reach my goals. The important thing is that I’m not giving up and I’m back on track this week. I have all of my food pre-tracked and planned out so I know I will have a good weight loss next week if I follow my plan. I want to get back to my 50lb weight loss by the end of March so I can keep going from there.
No matter what, I am going to reach my goals. My determination is strong and I know that I can do this. I have to do better for myself because I know that I deserve this. I’m going to work really hard this week and see what happens!
