Wow, I just realized that it’s been over a week since I last posted! Life has definitely been hectic. Both of my kids were sick for over a week, we experienced a blizzard that left us snowed in for a few days and I had a slight medical scare this past week that required a quick trip to the ER to make sure that everything was okay, and thankfully it was.
Throughout all of this I managed to stay on track only part of the time, which for me it is a win because I tend to go way overboard when I am stressed. I did splurge several times this week so I’m pretty sure my weight will be up tomorrow when I weigh in, but it is okay. I have a good plan for this week, all of my food is planned and tracked. I have a plan for exercise so I know that it will be a good week.
I really want to do a lot better during the month of March than I did in February so I am going to do everything I can to stay on track and stay focused on my goals. The first few months of this year have not been the greatest so I am determined to make the rest of the year great! I know what I need to do to make it successful so I just need to do it.
I follow a lot of people on Connect, Instagram, and Facebook that are on a weight loss journey and many of them have lost a large amount of weight. I love following their updates because it motivates me to do better. I don’t want to be the person sitting here watching other people succeed, so I am going to work really hard this month and see what I can achieve. Tomorrow is my weigh-in and although I know it’s not going to be good, I am going to hold myself accountable and keep going, no matter what.
